On Thursday, as the Oakland Athletics took on the Arizona Diamondbacks, a very scary situation took place that has left many stuffed animals and cardboard cutouts of fans begging for nets to be extended all the way to the foul poles at Major League Baseball stadiums.
As you can see in the graphic video below, a teddy bear, who was just trying to enjoy a night at the ballpark, was struck in the head by a foul ball, causing his (or her) neck to snap back violently.
At the time of this post, there is no update on the well being of the teddy bear, but according to reports, he/she was able to make it through the remainder of the game.
*Note: The video you are about to see is EXTREMELY suitable for children.
