The Detroit Lions won’t be playing football for several months as their 2020 season came to a close this afternoon, dropping a divisional matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.
Tyrell Crosby, who has been absent from the lineup since suffering an injury in Week 13, posted a message for the fans from his social media account following the game:
Frustrating couldn’t finish out the last few games, however I am so grateful for the time I got to play this year and the fact that we were able to find a way to have a season despite everything going on in the world. Excited for next year, and I appreciate you a ton Lions fans!

Crosby originally was drafted by the Lions in the 5th round of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Oregon, and had started every game in his 3rd NFL season prior to his season ending injury.
