BREAKING: Detroit Lions make free agent WR an offer, get turned down

According to Adam Schefter, the Detroit Lions not only worked out WR Jermaine Kearse but they made him an offer.

Unfortunately, Kearse and the Lions were unable to reach and agreement.

Free-agent WR Jermaine Kearse worked out for the Lions, per source. Detroit made an offer, but two sides were unable to reach an agreement.
