If you would have told me that Jim Harbaugh would have the Michigan Wolverines off to a 1-3 start in his sixth year as head coach, I would have called you crazy.

But that is exactly where the Wolverines stand after dropping games to Michigan State, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
The question is, what is going on at Michigan? Is it Jim Harbaugh? Is it the coaching staff? Is it the players? Or is it a combination of all of the above?
On Saturday morning on ESPN’s College GameDay, former Wolverines star and Heisman Trophy winner Desmond Howard called out the Michigan players, saying that “at some point, the players have to take accountability.”
Desmond Howard on GameDay says he’s spoken to some former UM teammates and “General consensus is there’s no fire, there’s no juice … they have to match Rutgers’ energy” Later says “at some point the players have to take accountability”

Michigan will have an opportunity to get back in the win column on Saturday night when they take on Rutgers under the lights.
Nation, what do you think is the main problem at Michigan right now? How can they fix it?
