Detroit Lions remove another player from COVID-19 list

According to Justin Rogers, the Detroit Lions have removed another player from the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Rogers tweeted out that the Lions have removed Quintez Cephus from the Reserve/COVID-19 list but he remains on injured reserve.

Quintez Cephus also came off the COVID list today, but remains on injured reserve.
