Just moments ago, the Detroit Tigers took to Twitter to announce a new coach for the 2022 season.
As you can see below, the Tigers have promoted Gary Jones to the Major League staff to serve as the club’s first-base coach.
Jones was manager of the Toledo Mud Hens in 2021.
