As you have probably heard, Jim Harbaugh and his wife Sara were recently blessed with the birth of a baby boy which they named John. John was born prematurely, but according to Harbaugh’s recent tweets, he has been getting stronger every day.

Harbaugh’s latest tweet sounds more like a request directed to Pope Francis himself in regards to baby John’s baptism.

It was recently announced that Harbaugh is taking the Michigan football team to Rome for a week in April. Harbaugh is clearly excited about exposing his players to the outside world while getting in a few practices at the same time.
“We were looking to provide our student-athletes with a great educational, cultural and international football experience. I am excited that our student-athletes will be able to take advantage of this amazing educational opportunity, be exposed to another culture, and be ambassadors for the United States and the University of Michigan during our visit to Rome.”
There is no word yet whether or not Pope Francis will grant Harbaugh’s request to have his son baptized at the Vatican, but for some reason, I would not be surprised.
