Matthew Stafford continues to shut up haters as Rams beat Buccaneers to advance to NFC Championship Game

On Sunday, Matthew Stafford had another golden opportunity to further shut up his haters and he did just that as the Los Angeles Rams held on to defeat Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by a score of 30-27.

With the win, the Rams advance to the NFC Championship Game, where they will host the San Francisco 49ers a week from today.

Though Stafford did not do much in the second half (until the final game-winning drive), he finished the game by completing 28 of 38 passes for 366 yards and two touchdowns while not throwing an interception.

In playoff games this season, Stafford has now completed 41 of 55 for 568 yards and four touchdowns to go along with zero interceptions.

The Rams last played the 49ers in Week 18 as they lost 27-24. In that game, Stafford completed 21 of 32 passes for 238 yards and three touchdowns to go along with two interceptions.
