According to reports, doctors have recently told the Detroit Lions that Matthew Stafford is dealing with a 6-week back injury. It does not mean he will miss the full six weeks but the Lions still do not know when he will return.

Stafford will have missed two weeks of action following Sunday’s matchup vs the Dallas Cowboys.
Ian Rapoport is reporting the injury is tiny, non-displaced fractures in the upper thoracic spine.
