Report: Philadelphia Eagles ‘taking shot’ at trading for Lions’ CB Darius Slay

According to a report from ESPN's Chris Mortensen, the Philadelphia Eagles are “taking a shot” at trading for Detroit Lions cornerback Darius Slay, but the current price is very, very high.

Slay, who is under contract with the Lions through the 2020 season, has come up in plenty of trade reports as of late.

Following the Lions trading Quandre Diggs to the Seattle Seahawks for a fifth-round pick, Slay made it clear that he was not happy and that anyone was expendable.

If the Lions were to trade Slay, you can bet they will be looking to get at least a 1st and 3rd round in return, possibly more.
