Ed Orgeron may have brought a National Championship to LSU but that reportedly is not enough to keep him around past the 2021 season.
According to a report from Ross Dellenger, Orgeron and LSU have reached a separation agreement. Orgeron will complete the 2021 season with the Tigers but will not return in 2022.
A report on Saturday said that LSU is interested in poaching Mel Tucker from Michigan State.
#LSU and Ed Orgeron have reached a separation agreement: He will not return in 2022 but expected to complete this season, sources tell @SINow.
Negotiations began last week before UF win.
It’s unprecedented in the sport – coach & school divorcing 21 months after winning it all.
