On Friday, the Detroit Lions released their final Injury Report for their Week 4 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs and we were all surprised to see Matthew Stafford‘s name appear.
According to the report, Stafford (hip) is “questionable” for Sunday's game.
Now, according to a recent tweet from ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, Stafford is expected to play against the Chiefs.
Lions QB Matthew Stafford is expected to play Sunday against the Chiefs, per @AdamSchefter and me. Was listed as questionable with a hip injury appears but no major setbacks.

Though the Lions are saying Stafford is dealing with a hip issue, Michael Rothstein of ESPN reported that sources have indicated to him that it is actually a back issue.
