BREAKING: Detroit Lions activate DE Trey Flowers from PUP list

He will be a big part of the Lions defense in 2019

According to the Detroit Lions, they have removed defensive end Trey Flowers from the Active/PUP list.

Flowers, of course, was signed to a 5-year, $90 million contract with the Lions this offseason.

In 46 career games with the New England Patriots, Flowers racked up 164 tackles and 21 sacks.

With a banged up defensive line, Flowers will certainly be a welcome addition.
