It’s that time of year again, Nation. The Detroit Tigers have finalized and announced the dates for the 2017 Tigers Winter Caravan. The promotional tour will have over 30 throughout Michigan. There will be two buses on the tour that will include players, broadcasters, and front office personnel including GM Al Avila, Special Assistant to the GM Alan Trammell as well as current manager Brad Ausmus.

The Metro Bus will visit locations in the Detroit Metro area including Hockeytown Authentics. New locations include the Farmington Public Safety Department and Selfridge Air National Guard Base.
The West Bus will visit sites on the West side of the lower peninsula including Frederick Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park and the Michigan State Police Headquarters.
Tigers Vice President of Public Affairs and Strategic Planning Elaine Lewis is excited about this year’s outreach project.

Year in and year out, the players, manager and coaches have made a commitment to engaging with fans throughout the state of Michigan, and they enjoy seeing the smiles, hearing the cheers, and feeling the passion and outpouring support from fans. It speaks to the impact the Tigers caravan can have for all.”
