The news that fans of the Detroit Red Wings wanted to hear was made official this afternoon. The 2020-21 NHL Season will officially kick off on January 13, while training camp is slated to begin New Year’s Eve.
Detroit’s divisional opponents this season include Carolina, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Florida, Nashville and Tampa Bay.
And to celebrate the news, the Red Wings’ Motor City sports brethren released an eye-popping jersey swap on their social media account.
