The Detroit Tigers swept their first series of the season on Sunday as they defeated the Baltimore Orioles by a score of 5-1 at Comerica Park.
Following the game, the Tigers announced that Austin Meadows (vertigo) and Victor Reyes (quad) are both headed to the injured list.
Tigers manager A.J. Hinch noted that Meadows continued to experience dizziness and nausea.
“We've got to get to the bottom of this,” Hinch said.

One of the open roster spots will go to SP Alex Faedo, who will start on Monday in Tampa Bay.
