For those of you who are familiar with Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker, you know he was a big fan of Kobe Bryant.
Well, on Thursday night, Booker and his teammates were in Kobe’s old house, the Staples Center, and to say Booker’s play would have made Kobe proud would be an understatement.
Booker actually outscored the entire Los Angeles Lakers team by himself in the first quarter on way to 47 points in a 113-100 series-clinching win.
Following the game, told the media that he knew Kobe was watching.
“I know [Kobe] was here tonight, I know he’s in the building and I know he’s proud,” Booker said after the Suns’ Game 6 win over the Lakers.
