Former Tigers catcher James McCann just got paid by the White Sox

Good for James!

The former Detroit Tigers catcher just agreed to a one-year, $5.4 million deal with the White Sox, whom he signed with last offseason after not being offered a deal to return to the Tigers.

In his first year with the White Sox, McCann put up a .273 batting average, 18 homers and 60 RBIs, and was also an All-Star selection for the first time.

Congratulations!
