    Major League Baseball releases All-Star Game rosters

    On Sunday afternoon, Major League Baseball officially released both the American League and National League rosters for the 2022 MLB All-Star Game, and Justin Verlander and Miguel Cabrera are teammates once again.

    This year's game will take place on Tuesday, July 19, at Dodger Stadium beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET.

    Here is the American League All-Star roster, which features Shohei Ohtani, who has been selected as both a pitcher and a designated hitter for the second-straight season.
