We reported earlier today that thanks to the Dallas Cowboys being willing to move their scrimmage with the Los Angeles Rams up a day, former Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford was able to make it to Canton to watch his former teammate Calvin Johnson be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Stafford joined Jennifer Hammond of Fox 2 at the Hall of Fame to talk about playing with Johnson.
“As a player, he had every attribute you wanted,” Stafford said. “Physically, mentally, he was an extremely smart guy, picked the game up really easily. But just who he was as a person was probably my favorite thing.”
