By now, you have almost certainly heard what has gone on this week with Phil Mickelson at the Rocket Mortgage Classic with is being held at the Detroit Golf Club.

Following an “old news” article that was run in the Detroit News, Mickelson got upset and he initially said that he would not be coming back to Detroit in 2022.

But following many (including us) pleading with Mickelson to not let one moron from the media ruin things for the entire city of Detroit, he had a change of heart and made a deal with his fans in the Motor City.

On Sunday, a plane flew over the Detroit Golf Club and it had a message for Phil that we all agree with.

“Phil, come back in 2022.”
