According to reports, the Detroit Red Wings are expected to sign goalie Calvin Pickard to a 2-year deal.
Pickard would compete with Jonathan Bernier to backup Jimmy Howard.

Pickard, who is 27, played in just six games for the Arizona Coyotes during the 2018-2019 season, going 0-4 with a 3.60 goals against average.
