According to a report from Bruce Feldman, Notre Dame is going to be a bit shorthanded when they take on Oklahoma State in the Fiesta Bowl.
Feldman is reporting that Notre Dame's superstar DB Kyle Hamilton and standout RB Kyren Williams both announce that they will skip the Fiesta Bowl and declare for the NFL Draft.
