That’s right! Your Detroit Lions still pulled off having a representative for the Pro Bowl. Darius Slay will make his second consecutive appearance in the annual event on the heels of his first NFL touchdown two weeks ago.

Many in the Lions’ fan base have been disappointed in the overall play of the secondary this season, but nonetheless, Slay has still played at a high level with three interceptions and 15 passes defended this season. His signature finger wave was on full display last week which was one of his most productive games of the season.
Slay is clearly one of the top corners in the league, even though this may not have been his best overall season, so it is not that much of a surprise that he was selected. However, can Damon “Snacks” Harrison get any love?

There have not been many bright spots for the Detroit Lions in 2018, but one of those bright spots will officially miss the remainder of the season with injury.
According to the team, defensive lineman DA’Shawn has been placed on Reserve/Injured and will miss remainder of his rookie campaign.
