Lions schedule for 2016 released

It’s official, the schedule for the 2016 NFL season has been released! The Lions open with a trip to Indiana to face the Indianapolis Colts. Other notable games include a Thanksgiving Day matchup with the Minnesota Vikings, and a Monday Night Football tilt in Texas with the Dallas Cowboys on December 26.

Week 2: vs Tennessee Titans, 1pm

Week 3: @ Green Bay Packers, 1pm

Week 4: @ Chicago Bears, 1pm

Week 5: vs Philadelphia Eagles, 1pm

Week 6: vs St. Louis Rams, 1pm

Week 7: vs Washington Redskins, 1pm

Week 8: @ Houston Texans, 1pm

Week 9: @ Minnesota Vikings, 1pm

Week 10: BYE

Week 11: vs Jacksonville Jaguars, 1pm

Week 12 (Thanksgiving Day): vs Minnesota Vikings, 12:30pm

Week 13: @ New Orleans Saints, 1pm

Week 14: vs Chicago Bears, 1pm

Week 15: @ New York Giants, 1pm

Week 16 (Monday Night Football): @ Dallas Cowboys, 8:30pm

Week 17: vs Green Bay Packers, 1pm
