With Michigan trailing Ohio State 14-13 in the second quarter, the Wolverines stopped Ohio State RB JK Dobbins on a run but then picked up the dumbest penalty I’ve ever seen.
Watch as UM defenders tackle Dobbins but then untie his shoe before picking up an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, giving the Buckeyes 15 free yards.
