2014 was a season that Kyle Van Noy would be happy to forget. After missing the first eight games because of injury, the rookie linebacker was never able to find his groove on the Lions defense. In the final nine games (playoff game included), he played only 54 defensive snaps and recorded only six tackles.

Van Noy is now healthy and ready to show the Lions and their fans that he was worth the 2nd round pick the team spent on him. Look for him to be one of the most improved players on the Lions defense in 2015.
