Sad news for Detroit Lions fans and the team today. Due to a pectoral injury, cornerback Quandre Diggs is out for the remainder of the 2016 season.
I'm told CB Quandre Diggs suffered a pectoral injury that will end his season. Hate it for him. And tough loss for that 8-4 #Lions team.

The Lions have dodged the injury bug quite well this season. Ameer Abdullah is the only starter who has been placed on injured reserve so far. Head coach Jim Caldwell and the rest of the organization have not been specific regarding a replacement for Diggs. Adairius Barnes and Rafael Bush are both candidates.
Diggs had started four games this year for Detroit and registered 44 tackles from the cornerback position.
