Five Pistons targets still playing in the NCAA tourney

Player: Frank Kaminsky, University of Wisconsin, Senior, Center, Ht: 7’0, Wt: 240 lbs

Strengths: At 7 feet, not many possess the offensive capabilities that Kaminsky brings to the table. Great basketball IQ, terrific footwork, and can go left or right off the dribble to score the ball. Stan Van Gundy could definitely utilize Kaminsky’s excellent shooting ability for a 7-footer, and open up the floor for the big men down low and perimeter players on the outside.

Weaknesses: Kaminsky’s athleticism and lateral movement are the two parts of his game that need the most work as he heads into his NBA career. A lot of scouts worry about Kaminsky being a system guy with Wisconsin, and have concerns how he will do playing in a more open offensive system that most NBA teams play within.
