NHL: Michigan Tech alum John Scott named All-Star Game MVP


It was an amazing weekend and one that NHL All-Star captain John Scott won’t soon forget. The Michigan Tech Huskie alum scored 2 goals in the Pacific Division’s opening round matchup against the Central Division, and he then led his team to a 1-0 win over the Atlantic Division in the Championship Game. The fans voted Scott the All-Star Game MVP, meaning not only will he take home a brand new Honda vehicle, but also collect over $90,000 as part of the winnings. Here are Scott’s two goals:
