It’s been quite a long time since the Detroit Lions have hosted a playoff game. We have had a lot of fantastic events happen with our favorite teams in Michigan in that time frame. The Lions, on the other hand, have been devoid of anything positive in that time. This Sunday night, however, that can all change if the Lions can beat the Green Bay Packers. Before we either add an extra year to the ticker or celebrate the return of playoff football to Detroit, here is a list of what has happened in the state of Michigan in the 23 years Detroit has waited for a home football playoff game.
