Pistons select Syracuse G/F Michael Gbinije with No. 49 overall pick in NBA Draft

With their second-round and 49th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, your Detroit Pistons select Syracuse Orange guard/forward Michael Gbinije.

Gbinije started his college career with Duke back in the 2011-12 season and transferred to Syracuse after one season, spending the last three with the Orange. In 2015-16, he was the team leader in points (17.5 per game), assists (4.3) and steals (1.9) and was an integral part and leader for the Orange in their incredible run to the Final Four this past season.
